Terms and Conditions

I. Meals:

The price of this room does not include breakfast or meals. Breakfast comes at an additional cost per person, per day.

II. Reservation Policy:
  1. You must pay 50% of the total stay in advance as a deposit, and the remaining 50% upon check-in.
  2. Unconfirmed reservations are held for up to 48 hours after the inquiry.
III. Payment Terms:
  1. Payment by debit/credit card: The establishment may charge 50% of the total amount at any time after making the reservation.
  2. Payment by deposit or bank transfer: Upon request, we will provide you with our CBU and bank account number for the purpose of making the deposit. Once the bank details are sent, you must make and report the payment within 48 hours of receiving them. Failure to report the payment will not be considered as a deposit for the reservation made.
IV. Payment Methods:

Cash, Debit/Credit Cards, MercadoPago, Payment Link, Deposit/Bank Transfer.

V. Guarantee Policy:

Upon check-in, a credit card will be requested as a guarantee to ensure responsible use of the facilities. Additional charges will only be applied in cases of damage, theft, or missing items.

VI. Cancellations:

You will be charged 50% of the total price if you cancel the reservation.

VII. Modifications:
  1. To make changes without cost, you must make them at least 45 days in advance of the check-in date.
  2. If changes are made between 44 and 15 days prior to the arrival date, a 20% penalty will apply.
  3. Changes made between 14 days and up to 96 hours before check-in will result in a 30% penalty of the total stay.
  4. If changes are made between 96 hours and the check-in time, a 50% penalty of the total value of the stay will be applied. All modifications are subject to the availability of the complex and current rates. If there is an adjustment in the rate, it must be paid as a difference.
VIII. No-Show:

If you do not show up, you will be charged 100% of the stay.

IX. Refunds:

No cash refunds are given; the amounts paid as a deposit will be credited for future reservations (according to current rates and availability).

X. Check-In and Check-Out Times:

Check-In: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM - Check-Out: 10:00 AM. Any delay in the guest's arrival must be communicated to the establishment by email, phone, or WhatsApp to ensure availability of the accommodation for the period covered by the deposit sent. If not communicated and the guest does not arrive within the previously informed check-in time, check-in will be performed on the following day during the Administrative Hours from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. We are not responsible for any lost day of accommodation.

XI. No Pets Allowed.
XII. Cabañas Antilhue reserves the right to admission.
